The PFM Annual Awards Dinner is one of the high spots of the FM social calendar and FMA has been pleased to present the Young Manager Award for the last ten years. This has recently led to the formation of the Young Managers Forum comprising all the past finalists. The Lord Mackenzie of Framwellgate launched the Forum in May 2004.
