Integrated Cleaning Management is a privately owned cleaning and support services company formed in 1996 by two of our current Board Directors, Paul Rafferty and Coral Brodie.

ICM has grown steadily over the years and we now provide a true national service to a long list of customers from a range of business sectors, many of whom have been with us since the beginning.

Today, we rank amongst the top three UK cleaning companies – an achievement we attribute to our philosophy of service delivery: Determined, Passionate, Consistent.

What do we mean by that? At ICM, our primary focus is on our customers' needs. We work hard to understand them fully and to respond in ways that both flexible and on-target. Proven policies and procedures ensure consistent high quality at all times in everything we do.
