Join the FMA

We have a very simple application process. Please complete the form below and submit. When we have received it, our secretariat will contact you, in order to confirm all your details and issue you with an order to sign. Once your company is a member, we will provide you with a membership certificate, the FMA logos to place on your website or collateral and will get your company added into the membership directory and set you up with a licence to www.i-FM.net to receive all the industry news and market information (and ensure you are familiar will all the features and benefits of belonging to the FMA).

Membership of the FMA is for companies only and not individuals.

What does membership cost?
The FMA offers two grades of membership - Full and Associate.

Full Member: for large and medium sized organisations actively delivering FM services: £2500 + vat pa.
Associate Member: for small companies (<10 people), or those not actively involved in FM: £950 + vat pa.

The more you get involved with the FMA, the more you will get back - but our basic benefits alone make the business case for joining a compelling one.

E.g. Company X is engaged in the provision of total facilities for large commercial clients. These might include maintenance,cleaning security,waste management and specialist catering services.

This information will be treated discreetly and will provide the Association with a profile of the services that the membership can offer clients. Also, when aggregated with all Members data, it will provide useful statistical information for use when the FMA is in contact with Government Departments.
