The financial affairs of the Association are overseen by FMA Ltd, whose board comrises some of the FMA Team, together with some senior FM professionals in the industry.  
       

Chris Rust
Current Chairman & FMA Committee Member

Chris is Regional Facilities Manager at Lloyds TSB for whom he has worked for more than twenty years.

Based in the City of London his responsibilities cover a sizeable proportion of Lloyds TSB prime property in London with a 40 strong team and a budget of �15m providing the working environments of over 5000 staff.

As FMA's first client side Chairman he brings a different perspective to an organisation originally set up for suppliers of FM services.

Keith Glennister
Immediate Past Chairman & FMA Committee Member

Keith, Partner, Larch Consulting, was elected Chairman FMA during 1998-2000.
He has over 25 years experience in the property, consultancy and facilities management business.

As past chairman of the Central London Maintenance Association he has directed and advised on change in the FM industry.

His career has spanned companies such as ICI, the Health Service, project management with Shell and Canary Wharf and facilities consultancies Symonds and Wasp Management.

He is a Freeman of the City of London.


John Ellis
First Chairman & FMA Committee Member

John, Managing Director of MacLellan International, is a professional mechanical engineer.

He progressed within the building services industry in the UK and abroad to become Director of Haden Facilities Management - then later accepted a new role as Managing Director of Plant & services International.

He regularly speaks at conferences and international buyer's meetings and is recognised as an authority on the practice of FM.

John is a Freeman of the City of London; an ex Chairman of the FMA; fellow of the Institute of Sales Management & Marketing, British Institute of Management; and the Ashridge Management College Association.

Maurice Tidy
Director General amd FMA Representative on CBI Trade Association Council

Maurice has a long association with the FMA beginning with its inception in 1995.

He recently held a position with WSP Group plc as marketing and communications director. He is now concentrating on the continuous development of the FMA as the UK's lead employer's body and representation with government.


 

Gareth Hollyman

Paul Rogers
FMA Committee Member

Paul, Director of Skanska Rashleigh Weatherfoil.

He is responsible for FM contracts valued at £40m provided by a staff of 500.

Paul has been with the organisation for some 15 years.


Mary Taffler
Secretary & FMA Committee Member

The administration of the team and the Association is carried out by its independent Secretary.

The Facilities Management Association Secretary is Mary Taffler, who was asked in 1995, by her then employers HVCA to set up FMA , which is now a completely independent organisation.

Mary is a mechanical engineer by profession, who worked for the Heating and Ventilating Contractors Association for 22 years gaining much trade association experience and for the last 12 years was group secretary for the 400 members of the HVCA Service and Maintenance Group many of whom are now providers of FM services.
