Buying Solutions, the public sector procurement agency, is inviting FM providers to pitch for participation in a framework agreement designed to make facilities services available to central government and other public bodies.
This new agreement will replace the existing property and facilities management services framework agreement, which is due to expire 31 December.
It will see eight suppliers nominated to deliver FM services only – in single, bundled or TFM packages.
The process starts with completion of a pre-qualification questionnaire (reference RM708) available on the Buying Solutions eSourcing Portal.
16 bidders will be invited to submit detailed tenders, and eight will be appointed to the framework.
The deadline for PQQ completion is 3 July. The deal goes live from 1 January 2010.
Services included in the scope of the framework agreement are:
Managed Services
Hard Services
Soft Services
