New Group Director of Procurement at PHS
Tony Ritchings
The PHS Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Ritchings as its Group Director of Procurement.
Tony joined the leading route based workplace services provider on 18th March 2013 from his former position with construction, facilities and services management company Aspire Defence Services.
He brings a wealth of procurement experience to the company through his work for Aspire and other blue chip organisations including Serco, Amey, Tubelines and National Power. Tony has a strong track record of building and developing successful procurement teams, which have delivered market leading strategic sourcing and supply chain solutions, and which have produced sustainable year-on-year cost improvements.
Tony will direct and co-ordinate all procurement activity across the Group, delivering ‘best in class’ contractual arrangements, procurement services and practices, optimising supply chains into the Group and ensuring a good commercial balance between ongoing cost reduction, quality of provision and security of supply.
