Ironman consists of a 2.4 mile swim,112 mile cycle ride  and a 26.2 mile marathon.
Jason has raised over 75% of his target of £2000 for the British Heart Foundation and we are sure he will receive hearty congratulations when he attends the next Young Managers Event.
Jason is Facilities Director for law firm OLSWANGand has now September18 been awarded Chartered Manager with the the Chartered Management Institute.
