The Facilities Management Association (FMA), the UK’s leading representative trade body for employers engaged in delivering non-core services in the FM sector, is to offer its members access to the range of consulting, training and advice on employment law, health and safety and premises management available from Workplace Law Group.
Under the terms of the agreement, FMA members will be able to link to the Workplace Law website directly from the FMA site and the Association will be allocated eight hours’ worth of free support per month, which will be offered to all member companies as an exclusive benefit of being in the FMA.
This includes access to the whole of the Workplace Law online network, as well as an online support service where FMA members will be able to post queries to an HR, legal or health and safety expert. Alternatively they may choose to access the Workplace Law telephone support line offering telephone support and general advice in the areas of employment and HR issues, health and safety, and premises management.
FMA members already receive a 10% discount on all Workplace Law goods and services, which includes a range of legal and health and safety guides, a monthly magazine and a copy of the 800-page annual Workplace Law Handbook.
Following this agreement, in future, FMA membership will also bring with it generous discounts on health and safety courses (NEBOSH, IOSH) or HR qualifications (CIPD) via Workplace Law as a licensed training provider.
