BaxterStorey flies high with British Airways contract
BaxterStorey, the UK’s largest independent corporate catering company, has been awarded a major contract to provide catering for British Airways lounges in the UK.
The five-year contract will see BaxterStorey providing customer dining for tens of thousands of travellers a year at 14 First Class and Galleries Lounges across the UK, as well as the Concorde Room at London Heathrow’s Terminal 5.
British Airways’ customers will benefit from innovative menus featuring an extensive range of high quality, fresh seasonal produce, creatively prepared by BaxterStorey’s highly-skilled chefs. All of the 500 employees currently employed across the airline’s lounge and Concorde Room catering teams will receive comprehensive training to bring them in line with BaxterStorey’s pioneering approach to service delivery.
