Our service desk is an extension of your department and will manage and deliver a friendly, responsive and efficient service to manage your requirements and ensure we meet SLA’s whether its and ad-hoc job or managing a multi-site annual contract.
Qualified and Accredited
We are members of the BPCA (British Pest Control Association) and all our members of staff are BPCA qualified. We also ensure that our locally employed staff have ongoing professional and personal development. NBC is fully committed to the BASIS PROMPT scheme and NBC Area Managers attend quarterly training days as well as completing ad-hoc training to ensure that they are at the top of their game in delivering a service you can rely on.
We have achieved the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 QMS quality standards, and are accredited with CHAS, CSCS, UVDB, and Safe Contractor.
