Objectives:
The aim of the session is to enable delegates to cost-effectively take advantage of the much-publicised social media revolution and how it can help each company to achieve its business goals.

· A brief look at Google+ and Pinterest
· Blogging
12.00-12.45 - Lunch
12.45-4.00 – Afternoon session covering:
· Tips to develop a compelling content strategy
· Measuring the effectiveness of social media
· Protect your organisation with a policy
· Q&A and close
